Where existed a strong mind,

now exists a broken shell.

The things that were once a boon

have now turned into living hell.

You're gone forever

an empty void is left behind.

Now, only memories remain

to you, in this realm, they bind.

It's raining outside, it's raining inside,

it's raining all around.

The voices that call you back

have gone quiet, not making a sound.

Not mourning but celebrating,

that this brief encounter existed at all.

Still wish, we meet again someday

and break our separating wall.

A better place, a better life

is all I can wish for you.

Inside, it will always hurt

that you moved ahead, without a cue.

Now that I am all alone
